Uncertainty

Proverbs 12:25
Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad

Many of us, including Christians, suffer from anxiety. It’s easy to worry in today’s uncertain world. When we encounter a friend or relative who feels nervous, we can help them with a calming, encouraging word. Whether we remind them of Jesus’ unfailing love for them or God’s protective care, we have a duty to do what we can to soothe their soul.

The Bible is the good word of encouragement for all of us, a place to take refuge when our world is hard to bear.

  1. I really enjoyed your post. You have been in my thoughts. So good to hearfrom you! We made it through our summer festivities. Our son and his new wife had a beautiful wedding and reception. Then, my niece married last week and it was all beautiful, too.
Blessings to you my friend! ( :
